It seems to be, but a third-party repository browser** I'm working with
is getting hung up on it trying to parse it, so I reckon I'll fix it by
sticking the rev in there that should be there. Just wanted to make sure
the problem was in a weird RCS header, and not a bug in the third-party
parsing code.
Well ... thinking about it more -- if CVS is called on to pull that file
on that tag -- what's it going to do? Default to the tip? Isn't it sunk
not knowing which rev to pull?
