[cvsnt] Re: Taginfo call cannot handle & character in argument list or module name....

I forgot to mention that CVSNT outputs this strange message after
calling the taginfo script with the erroneous argument (the program
called by taginfo first executes):

cvs server: Pre-tag check failed
'Drive' is not recognized as an internal or external command,

Seems like CVSNT cuts off the part after the & and tries to execute
that as a kind of program of sorts....
