[cvsnt] Problems with the cvs "ls" command

Has anyone seen a problem where the "ls" command lists only 
the first module in the repository?  This only happens once
in a while. Calling the command again will usually list all 
of the modules.

I thought it might happen if somebody else was interacting
with the repository, but I've seen it happen when I'm the
only one using it.
