[cvsnt] Expat.dll missing in CVSNT 2.0.52

Hello World, hello Tony,

Just wanted to test the new CVSNT version, but cvs version failed, 
because expat.dll is missing.
Am I supposed to install expat on my own or was it just forgotten while 
making the package?
