[cvsnt] Upgrade CVSNT 1.11.1.3 (Build 57h) to latest CVSNT ?

I recently did this due to a problem I had with tagging a large project.
I'm now using 2.0.8 and it was very simple.  

Shutdown old CVS
Backup!!!! (while I didn't need it, I definitely recommend it)
Uninstall old CVS
Install New CVS and add your existing repository.

That was it.
