[cvsnt] Need help configuring CVSNT on Windows XP for use with Eclipse

If you're prepared to forget about the eclipse integration
(eclipse is hardcoded to require a Unix server really... it
only works on NT by accident) then use WinCVS and/or TortoiseCVS
as they're very intuitive and easy to setup.
