[cvsnt] How to setup SSH?

I think sserver is easier to get working on NT and supports encryption (SSL).  Someone please correct me if I'm wrong here :)  With a Linux box, there's no setup at all for SSH to work, it just does.

SSPI client does work from Linux though--I'm not sure about MAC.  SSPI from Linux isn't terribly secure IIRC though (but still better than pserver).
