[cvsnt] Problem with cvsnt 2.0.31

When ever i connect using the :pserver: method, I get
"....Internal error: p_test_date must be an actual
date, not TIME_SONE_INFORMAATION".  This doesn't
happen when i am connecting without the pserver.  I am
running the client on windows 2000 and server on
windows NT.
