[cvsnt] debugging script permissions

Hi all,

I'm trying to get some scripts to run on MS server 2003, I've given Cmd.com
permissions for both CVSadmin, and CVS users, but still get permission
errors for a simple Echo command. How do you debug these kind of issues? How
do I find out what user/group is trying to run what program?
