[cvsnt] Update for Bo's ViewCVS page

Wasn't updated in a long time (5-6 months) so it might be a bit off.
But the link above should get you to ActiveState download anyway where
you can get both 2.2 and 2.3 releases.

I will look at it but I have another few issues right now:
1) To get the most recent ViewCvs into the installer
2) Somehow solve the various permission problems that have showed up with W2003...

Hi Bo,

I was dl'ing the ViewCVS installer for use on another server and noticed 
the link to Python points to a slightly old version.  Is there a reason 
for that?  If not, you might want to point to the download page instead:
