Where on SourceForge did you download CVSNT from?  The official 
distribution site for CVSNT is at http://www.cvsnt.org/ .  You might be 
running SourceForge's customized CVS or perhaps CVS from CVSHome.org. 
It's certainly not CVSNT though.
