If you comment out rcs_path and set cvsnt_exe_path then viewcvs will
use cvsnt to access the rcs files and work correctly.  This is
commented quite well in the viewcvs.conf file.

For older viewcvs releases you needed to use the cvsnt RCS wrappers.
