[cvsnt] CVS user permission

Hi,

I'm new to CVS. I've installed CVSNT 2.0 and Wincvs 1.3 as a client in
Windows 2000 PC. I've created one repositry. For this repository I had given
read permission to my team members. I'm only person to have the write
permission. My requirement is..

1. When my team member created/modified file in his PC  I want to review it
and commit it into CVSNT in my PC.
    How its possible and what are the options I have to give.

Kindly let me know the solutions.
