[cvsnt] Building CVSNT- missing import libraries e.g. libeay32_vc71.lib

I have downloaded the runtime librairies from www.cvsnt.org, however, the
import libraries for the included DLL's appear to be missing, for example,
libeay32_vc71.dll is there, but where is libeay32_vc71.lib?
