[cvsnt] Migration from Windows to Red Hat

No, CVS on Linux - not CVSNT on Linux.
We've always built from NT and checked in to Linux - we've managed the
CRLF issues with cvswrappers.

He was actually talking about CVSNT on Win32 to CVSNT on Linux, which
doesn't have any problem. If you use WinZIP though, watch out for CRLF
translations (I think that's only a problem going the other way
though).
