[cvsnt] why Import didn't create NO conflicts??

Hi there,
I checkout a directory, lets say "Proj" from my repository.
Then, I copy a new folder called "webshare" inside that "Proj" directory at client-side (in my sandbox).
Now, I issue command:

             d : \ working > cvs import -n -m"new" Proj

It starts importing the whole "Proj" folder and also did import my newly added directory (i.e. "webshare").
But at the end it complains:

            "No conflicts created by this import"   
          ***** ERRORS DURING THIS IMPORT ******

Why it says so?  A whole new folder was added in the checked-out version of my directory and still no conflicts !!!
Any comments on this??
