[cvsnt] What is CVSNT Password Agent?

I've seen this program with CVSNT 2.0.51, but it doesn't appear to be
documented in the Wiki or CVS Reference Manual and only a brief comment
several months ago in this mailing list.  Any idea what it is and how it is
used?
