[cvsnt] Modules2 Bug?

Here is my modules2 file:

[module]
mod1
mod2
mod3

What I expect:

module
    mod1
    mod2
    mod3

What I get:
module
    mod1
    mod2
    mod3
-->All files and folders from the mod3 folder

I get the mod3 folder and all others that I expect but I also get all of the
mod3 files and folders dumped into the root of the module folder. Any ideas?
