The CVSNT Password Agent seems to take care of things after an initial password entry.
But, it's not using the key files...

Yes, why not?
It works!!!
I know that I tried it in one of my many attemtps to get things going - I got back "command not found". But I probably had CVS_RSH or CVS_EXT set to "ssh". It looks like it's internal to cvsnt, though. There's a ssh DLL. So, looks like I'm finally off and running.
One last question - how do I get ssh to pick up my private key? I tried putting it in the cvsnt directory, and in my home directory. Again, I know the keys work using Putty or Plink.
Thanks a lot for your help,
John Hermanski

Why not just use :ssh: protocol with CVSNT? It works great for me with
no fussing. CVSROOT would be ":ssh:jgherman at servername.com:/repospath".
It also takes advantage of any keys stored in pageant and you can
force ssh ver 2 if necessary with :ssh;ver=2: for the protocol (if
memory serves).
