[cvsnt] verifymsg doesn't get a list of files

Hi.

I want to tweak my verifymsg script so that the comments it allows are 
dependent upon the tags that have been applied to the file.

However, unlike (for example) commitinfo and taginfo, verifymsg doesn't 
seem to pass the list of files on stdin.

Is there another way to get the filenames in a verifymsg script?
