I'm having trouble registering on the bug tracker.
http://www.cvsnt.org/mantis/signup_page.php is the right place to go to
isn't it? When put my details in and click 'signup' it just returns to the
login page with no indication of if it worked or not, and I get no email
with a password.

Is there something I'm missing?
