That is a very old version of CVSNT.  I suggest, especially since you're 
just getting started, that you use the latest stable version.  It's 
entirely possible that the older version had problems with the spaces. 
In general, I'd stay away from spaces in the repository location since 
some 3rd party scripts might have problems with spaces, if you ever use 
them.
