[cvsnt] binary files commited as text file

 Does anyone encountered the issue described below?

- When a binary file is added as binary and is commited using force revision
checkbox checked, the file is commited as a text file.

server version: CVSNT 2.0.3 (W2k)
client version: WinCVS 1.3.12.1 Beta 12
