[cvsnt] building cvsnt on HP-UX 11i

Everything compiled just fine with the change you recommended.  It will be a
while before I know if everything is functional as I am a cvs novice.  Thanks
for the assistance.

P.S.  Regarding the second post, I'm having problems sending mail to the list. 
I got failed delivery messages from my first attempts and had to retype the
message.  It looks like the first one made it to the list even though it looked
