Well it seemed to convert the project ok, but I'm still getting a lot of
missing include files. Presumably VS.NET comes with a whole different set of
include files & libs from VS6. Nice of MS to be backward compatible like
that! I'll have to see if I can find someone with a copy of VS.NET...
