[cvsnt] Transferring repository to/from Linux?

If they are both CVSNT server, or CVS moving to CVSNT, then there is no 
issue as long as you do NOT mess with the line endings (make sure WinZIP 
doesn't either, if you're using that).  CVS[NT] always stores repository 
files in UNIX line ending style, even on Win32 boxes.
