[cvsnt] Client connection failing to cvsnt on a HP-UX UNIX box using pserver

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you for all the help. I really appreciate
it. The last config piece was the CVSROOT/passwd file. It is working
like a charm now. I will recompile the cvnt using your patch and let you
know if it updates the library directory.
