[cvsnt] Re: Rtag failed on waiting for lock - still not working

hmm after removing 2 of the the #cvs. files, now i am getting 

cvs server: [17:02:32] waiting for Unknown User's lock in D:/CVS/CVSREPO/DEV/mainLine/ant/bin
