Overhead shouldn't be so bad with just two developers. I was more 
thinking about things like availability. Personally I don't leave my 
workstation turned on all the time... but then the machines I work with 
usually aren't accessible from the outside world at all as they're 
either behind a corporate firewall or on dialup...
