[cvsnt] Please stop bounces

I never get the bounce, perhpas the problem is at your end, a virus maybe ?

Whenever I post to the CVSNT list I get an undeliverable report like this:

Please remove this guy (bmichal at api-corp.com) from the list so we don't get
this back all the time.
