[cvsnt] Impersonation failed - configuration error

Dear all,
We are using CVSNT and Wincvs.
I can use SSPI to login but if using Pserver, I get the error "Impersonation failed - configuration error".
The CVSNT service is started by a local admin account.
How to solve this?
