[cvsnt] possible? updating one sandbox on commit, and another on adding tag.

Hello.

I want to update two sandboxes
- first upon each commit (ie developer updated test version and the test 
website should be updated). I think of using postcommit here. I googled 
a bit and found a lot of ready to implement scripts.

- second sandbox I would like to update only new tag has been added 
(major change).

Is it possible to trigger adding new tag? Or just update another sandbox?
