[cvsnt] ANN: ViewCvs installer updated with rcsparse fix

There has been recent reports of problems using ViewCvs with CVSNT
2.0.34 and higher. Apparently there has been some changes in the way
rcsparse is done by cvs.exe.
Thanks to Daniel Kirschsieper this issue has been resolved by a minor
change to one of the viewcvs python files.
This modification is now included in the ViewCvs installer I publish
on my website (revision g):
