[cvsnt] it record wrong time while commit

Hello,

I have the CVSNT on win2000, after I commit a file, then view its log, the
date record wrong time.

I commit revision 1.1 on 4/29 night and revision 1.2 on 4/30 afternoon, but
the log record following time. How do I adjust it?
