[cvsnt] Reported cvsnt version is OLD 2.0.8

Just thought I'd mention a small bug...

I just upgraded to the latest stable release, 2.0.41, but when I do a 

	cvs -v

I get:

***** CVS exited normally with code 0 *****

Concurrent Versions System (CVSNT) 2.0.8 (client/server)

This is confusing, as I was checking to see if the new version installed
correctly.

Time to get this fixed?
