[cvsnt] WINNT/TEMP as temporary directory with an SSH connexion

Hello,

I'm using CVSNT 2.0.4 I'm trying to install a SSH connexion (Cygwin 2.05b
SSH server) and I obtain :
cvs [server aborted]: can't create temporary directory
c:\WINNT\TEMP/cvs-serv1036: Permission denied

I cannot change the directory. I change tempdir with the GUI and the
registry key is well set, I've restarted the server but it still doesn't
work.

If I use another protocole (pserver), it works.
