[cvsnt] Pb : Files always in read-only mode after checkout

Is there a 'watch' on the module? If someone has performed a "cvs watch 
on", that would cause your checkout to be read-only.

If you really want the 'watch' to be on, then you'll need to perform 
"cvs edit" to be able to edit a file.
