[cvsnt] Installation of CVSNT on a production Environment

Hello,

we have installed cvsnt in a test environment, but through a security check
our network administration manager stumbled on the following installation
step:
 
in chapter 2.5 Installation of the Installation Tips
(http://www.cvsnt.org/wiki/InstallationTips)
there is the advice on the picture 'Antivirus Software Warning:'
to disable Virus checking.

What is the current status with this point?
the installation instruction is of 2003-03-26. we installed:
cvsnt-2.0.41.exe

For a production environment this point is critical.
