[cvsnt] Building CVSNT on Windows

Hi,

I'm new here and I searched for this topic in the mailing list archive but I didn't found how to build CVSNT on Windows (preferably with Visual Studio or nmake). I need a modified version to be used inside WinCvs.

Can you tell me how to build?
