(Uh oh... I'm already afraid this might break my LS-emulation macros - off
testing...)

I just downloaded the precompiled binaries package and when I call cvs.exe
from the commandline I get a message that iconv.dll is missing. Where do I
get that (apart from the full installer I assume)?
When I try to use that client from WinCvs there is not even the error
message...
