[cvsnt] Removed files not in Attic

Hi

When I remove a file it is not being moved to /Attic/, instead it stays
where it was.  It is still marked as dead properly. Is this normal with
CVSNT?

I am using:
Client: Concurrent Versions System (CVSNT) 2.0.53 (client/server)
Server: Concurrent Versions System (CVSNT) 2.0.57a (client/server)
