What are some of the speed and stability fixes?
Is it advisable to upgrade from 2.0.58a if we are not using Eclipse?

CVSNT 2.0.58b (stable)
* Spent time with the eclipse team trying to sort out issues. This
release is validated with the eclipse test suite so all major
functionality should work without issue.
* Split the old 'fake unix' option into a group of compatibility
options, which differ per-client (currently CVSNT and non-CVSNT). For
most users leaving these disabled will be fine. For eclipse clients
enabling all 3 options in the 'non-cvsnt' category will give best
compatibility. The installer will sort this out for you if you were
using the 'fake unix' option.
* Lots of mucking around with the internals to speed things up and sort
out the remaining post-release bugs.
Tony
