Sure looks to me like CVSNT is doing it. Here's what I'm doing:
1. Fix the permissions of the file in the repository on the server
2. Commit the file from a client
3. The permissions are screwed up again for the file in the repository
on the server
I'm currently running 58a. I see the *exact* same behavior with 58c, I just
have to turn off the read-only bit on the file in the repository on the server
before I can commit with 58c.
