[cvsnt] Rename File Permission Denied

Long discussion is already going about this phantom, e.g. see the thread
"cvs [server aborted]: cannot rename file"
Unfortunately, no other solution then downgrade the server has been seen.
Even to 2.0.58a seems be helpful (regarding this particular bug).
