[cvsnt] bug in latest builds(2.0.57)

RW> sserver isn't working any more. complaining abaout:

The certificate path used localy (client side) is wrong:
"/usr/local/lib/cvsntca.pem"
There is a '/' missing.
But the code involved here hasn't changed for a long time. So the bug
must be else where (where "current_server->library_dir" is
initialized).
