[cvsnt] cvs [aborted]: no such user SIL\vinay in CVSROOT/Passwd

You don't need a passwd file for SSPI - unless you want to restrict logins 
only to those mentioned there.
If client and server are on the same domain try setting 'Default domain' in 
CVSNT control panel.
Or list the usernames including domain in the passwd file.
