There's a lot of information in CVS, since you have these 'configurable' 
items then you probably want to look at a message template (see the 
"rcsinfo" admin file).

Look around -- there are a lot of ways to extract info from CVS and 
assemble it into reports.  There are some products that already do some 
reporting (though I can't name any offhand).  I have no idea if the 
existing reports are anything like what you're looking for.
