[cvsnt] Same sandbox for cygwin and win32 (cvsnt)

Greetings 

I recently tried to issue cvs commands from within cygwin/bash shell on
files that I extracted via Cvsnt. I got 
A error message saying my password was bad 

Is there a way to share a common sandbox between cygwin and win32?
