[cvsnt] Usage of modules2 file on cvsnt 2.0.58d

Hi all

We are using the modules2 file for our repositories to influence our file
and directory structures (CVSNT server version 2.0.58d) and see following
behavior:

* Definition of directory structure works fine:

* If using / and some regex to define files for a directory, the processing
of all subdirectories is omitted (Though the specified files are contained
in the folder)

Any hints on this issue?
