While we're at it: 

Tony, the CVSGUI relay (gw-cvsgui at cvsnt.org) was hard bouncing (also
with the 550 error quoted above). I just initiated a reactivation
request but that appears to have bounced as well.
It seems there are/were a few problems with the cvsnt.org server at the
moment. For me it was down all day yesterday.
